MANISH MEHROTRA is an Attorney and a Senior Arbitration Litigation Counsel with over 33 years of experience in lawsuits and legal opinion. He is a lead counsel of Commercial Arbitrations, Business Litigation, Contracts, and Consumer Law. Has been successfully practicing on the civil Side since last three decades in the Uttar Pradesh State High Court at Lucknow, Commercial Court’s, and Consumer Courts. He has also appeared in matters at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. He is a Life member of the Oudh Bar Association, State High Court, Lucknow.

Manish has a vast experience in Arbitration matters and has appeared in about 150 Arbitration cases. He is also nominated as an Arbitrator in matters. He is a regular invitee Speaker on Alternative Dispute Mechanism, Arbitration and Quick Justice at Institute of Judicial Training JTRI, Lucknow since the year 2010 in training programs for all the Judges of UP District Judiciary on Arbitration and Conciliation Law, Contract Law; and also J&K Judicial Academy on the same subject since the year 2022.

Manish was the only lawyer delegate participant from the State of Uttar Pradesh, in a conference “NATIONAL INITIATIVE TOWARDS STRENGTHENING ARBITRATION AND ENFORCEMENT IN INDIA” organized by NITI AYOG between 21st to 23rd October 2016, inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of India, His Excellency Shri Pranab Mukherjee, in presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Supreme Court judges and Hon’ble Judges from SAARC Nations. Specific technical training sessions in various dimensions of Arbitration law was attended to with a very eminent faculty.
He is one of the founder trustees of the first Arbitration & Mediation Centre of Uttar Pradesh “CEMA” – Centre for Excellence in Mediation and Arbitration.

Manish is a fourth generation Attorney and belongs to an illustrious family of legal luminaries in India. He is also appeared as Special Attorney in Commercial Arbitration Matters for the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and the State Government of Uttarakhand. Manish has appeared/appearing as Senior Arguing Counsel for several corporates all over the Country in leading arbitration references/cases.
